Azure Farm Corn Flour, Org (Unifine)

These flours are made using the Unifine Process. In the Unifine Processthe grain enters a high speed rotor and is instantly shattered into fineflour - even the bran and germ are burst! Air goes through the rotor withthe grain and blows the flour out, thus keeping it cool throughout theprocess, retaining many nutrients. With the Unifine Process the naturaloils in the grain are kept intact and do not get hot like in regular grainmilling and stoneground milling.

This super-fine corn flour was milled from whole corn using the Unifineprocess and because of its soft, fine texture, can be used in multi-grainrecipes, deep fry batters, etc.
