• To Make Basic Mashed Potatoes: Add 1-1 1/2 cups liquid (Milk, Water orStock), heated to just below boiling) to 1 cup Potato Flakes. Whisk slowlyand let sit for one minute. Stir and season to taste. Serves 3.
• Monoglycerides are used on the sides of the drums which tumble the flakesduring their drying process. It is derived from Soybean Oil and ends upin the finished product in the amount of 0.02% or less.
• Shelf life: 6 months to 1 year if kept cool and dry.
