Baking thin bread has been a tradition in Jamtland for many years. Barleywas the only type of grain which could grow in this barren climate. Asa result, thin bread became important to the Jamtlandic culture. Theyhave managed to keep up this tradition by using only organic and biodynamicproduced raw materials.
