Eden Nori is cultivated in pristine waters of Japan. Nori is hand harvested,pure water washed, finely shredded, and spread over bamboo lined frames.As the nori sun dries, it is transformed into lustrous paper thin sheetsof nori. The sheets are then oven toasted, lightly seasoned and cut intosmall strips. Organic shoyu soy sauce, organic mirin rice cooking wine,barley malt syrup, sea salt, kombu, shiitake mushrooms and chili pepperseasonings create a delicious taste sensation of savory, salty, sweet andspicy flavors.
