You can view the shipping/handling rate by adding the desired items to your shopping cart. Then, click on Checkout and fill out your name and address information. Click continue and you will see the total amount. No information is sent to us until after the payment information is entered and the Place Order button is clicked. This is an easy way to find out the cost of shipping before placing an order.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we do require a lead time of 2-3 business days prior to shipping the order. Typically, orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days, however, some extenuating circumstances may delay the order a few additional days.

U.S. Shipping Methods

Ground, Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air

Ground - Transit Time is normally 1-2 days to the West coast, 5-6 days to the East coast and somewhere in between for the other states once we ship. These rates are calculated directly from the UPS or DHL shipping tables for online orders. These rates vary depending on weight and destination within the continental U.S.

Priority Mail - Transit Time is normally 2-3 days (excluding Sundays & Holidays) once we ship. (US Post Office w/ Delivery Confirmation) - If you order is less than 3 lbs, this option may be less expensive than Ground Shipping. These rates are based on the weight of the order and the state and zip code it is being shipped to.

Note: All APO/FPO orders are shipped via Priority Mail and are calculated at the standard rates based on zip code within the U.S.

2nd Day Air - Transit Time is 2 business days once the order leaves our warehouse. These rates are also calculated directly from the UPS or DHL shipping tables and vary depending on weight and destination within the continental U.S.

Shipping Rates (For Hawaii, Alaska, APO/AE/FPO and US Territories) - Orders will be shipped PRIORITY MAIL to these areas and are calculated at the standard rates based on zip code within the U.S.

Global Shipping Rates

Express Mail International - International orders (outside the United States) are shipped via "Express Mail International" with typical transit times ranging from 5-14 days. These rates are based on the weight of the order. You can find the exact shipping rate by adding the desired items to your shopping cart, filling in the address, then clicking Checkout. This will give you the exact rate BEFORE placing the order.

Standard Ground to Canada - We offer "Standard Ground to Canada," which is a lower cost ground service to destinations in Canada on selected products. Some products may only be available for shipment to Canada through Express Mail International.

Product Guarantee & Return Policy

All our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee on the purchase price (shipping excluded) on all unopened and unused products. Products returned must be received back to our location within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Orders received back to our office after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. All returns must receive prior authorization by calling the phone number listed above. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all items that are returned without prior authorization. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 business days in order to receive credit or a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted. If there are extenuating circumstances, we may make an exception if the request is made within a short time after being placed on the same day AND if the order has not been been submitted to the warehouse. Once it is submitted to the warehouse, it is oftentimes too late since it involves our warehousing personnel to stop packaging orders to do searches for specific orders amongst hundreds of packages.

International Customers

No refund will be given on confiscated or stolen products. In addition, we will not reship missing, damaged, nor backordered items internationally. We will provide a credit for the items in question if the problem was due to our error. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products into that country. In addition, countries may impose taxes, brokerage fees, etc. for incoming packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for these fees, if applicable.
